Working location: DGP Logistics Sdn Bhd, 7B, Jln Undan 15, Taman Perling, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with new clients in the logistics industry, in particular, dangerous goods;
  • Coordinate and arrange logistical needs of our clientele according to a structured timeframe;
  • Market and approach new clients with offers of our products and services;
  • Work with the rest of our team, in particular with or Logistics Support and Coordinating team, to ensure that customer’s orders are fulfilled;
  • Join development and strategy meetings to set parameters and goals from time-to-time;
  • Attend client premises and focus on building long-term business relationships with them.

Requirements:

  • Is Goal-Driven and determined to develop a career in a specialised area of Logistics;
  • (Preferably but not required) Has 1 to 3 years of experience in the logistics industry and are looking to specialise;
  • (Preferably but not required) Possesses prior knowledge of Dangerous Goods or Logistics industry;
  • Is interested in building a long term career and be part of a growing team;
  • Able to multi-task and strives to develop themselves in various different aspects.

Salary: MYR3000-3500

Timing: (Mon- Fri) 9am to 6pm (Alternate Sat) 9am to 1pm
 

Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound sales enquiries
  • Arrange collection and delivery
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office 
  • Data Entry 
  • Manage key account client mail room services
  • Preparation of export documentation for mail room services
  • Collection and packing of inbound regional transshipments to be exported from Singapore
  • Preparation of consignment note and other relevant documentation pertaining to export
  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues with undeliverable shipments in a timely manner
  • Other ad-hoc jobs 

Requirements 

  • Able to work as a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Ability to learn and adapt new changes 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for communication with customers/ team members 
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
